Our commitment
Gaming at Luck Fern Lodge should always be entertainment, never a way to make money or escape problems. Our hosts, dealers and security team complete responsible gaming training and are ready to help any guest who needs support.
Age policy
You must be 21 or older to enter the gaming floor, take part in Card School or play any game. We check ID at the entrance and may ask again at any time. Anyone underage will be asked to leave the gaming area.
Tips for playing well
- Set a budget before you play and stick to it.
- Decide on a time limit and take regular breaks.
- Never chase losses or borrow money to gamble.
- Avoid playing when you're upset, tired or have been drinking heavily.
- Keep gaming as one part of your visit, alongside dinner, music and rest.
Warning signs
It may be time to step back if you're spending more than you planned, hiding your gambling from people close to you, feeling anxious when you can't play, or returning to win back what you've lost.
Tools we offer
- Cool-off breaks: ask any host to pause your player account for 24 hours to 30 days.
- Self-exclusion: voluntarily bar yourself from the gaming floor for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.
- Marketing opt-out: stop all gaming promotions and offers sent to you.
- Private conversations: speak confidentially with a trained team member at any hour.
